Cancellation
Policy
By hiring our services, the client agrees to the terms outlined below regarding cancellations, withdrawals, and refund eligibility.
We respect your time, and we appreciate the same in return. Please read below to understand how cancellations and refunds work with us.

1. Before the Project Starts
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your project. This secures your spot in our schedule and compensates for time reserved.
2. Mid-Project Cancellations
If you cancel after the project has started, we’ll calculate the value of the work completed. An additional invoice may be issued if work exceeds the deposit.
3. Cancellation on Our End
If, for any reason, Awesominds cannot complete the project (very rare!), we’ll refund the unused portion of your payment.
4. Late Payments
Payments not made within 5 business days of the due date will incur a 5% weekly late fee. Project progress may be delayed until payment is received.

5. Refund Exceptions
While the initial 50% deposit is generally non-refundable, we recognize that life can take unexpected turns. We offer full refunds in the following extraordinary cases:
-
In the event of the client’s passing, if a family member or legal representative notifies us within 10 business days from the date of death, and provides appropriate documentation, a full refund will be issued.
-
In the event of a natural disaster (such as hurricanes, wildfires, or earthquakes) affecting the client’s city of residence, we will issue a full refund upon request if submitted within 10 business days of the incident, accompanied by reasonable proof of impact.
These exceptions are reviewed with compassion and discretion. If something urgent or unusual arises, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

6. Time Limit for Refund Requests
Any refund request must be submitted within 15 days of the event that led to the cancellation. After this period, requests will not be considered.

7. Assessment Process
We reserve the right to evaluate the nature of each case and decide whether a refund (partial or full) is appropriate. Our decision will be final.

8. No Refund for Completed Work
No refund will be issued for work that has already been completed or delivered, regardless of project continuation.

9. Service Delays
Delays caused by the client (e.g. lack of communication, missed deadlines, or late approvals) do not entitle the client to cancellation or refund.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a project with us, the client acknowledges and accepts all the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
